Matthew 5:16 Creative Group Ltd ("Matt 5:16", "we", "us", or "our") is designed to help people discover professionals, connect with them, and participate in meaningful conversations.

When you share information with us, we want you to understand why we need it and how it helps us provide the service you requested.

We do not sell your personal information. We use it mainly to respond to you, make the connection you requested, review Shine Guest applications, operate the platform, and improve the Matt 5:16 experience.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use Matt 5:16, you may choose to provide:

  • what help you are looking for
  • urgency

  • job title
  • website or LinkedIn profile
  • area of expertise

  • who may benefit from the conversation and why
  • best times to contact you / interview availability
  • optional headshot or professional image

We may also collect basic technical or usage information needed to operate and secure the website. We are not using Google Analytics or similar behavioural analytics at launch. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy before or when those tools are introduced.

2. Why We Collect This Information

If you click Connect: We use your information to help send your inquiry to the professional you selected so they can respond.

If you apply as a Shine Guest: We use your information to review your application, contact you, and coordinate a possible interview.

If you use the platform: We may use non-sensitive operational information to understand whether the platform is functioning properly and helping people make useful connections.

We do not use your information for unrelated purposes without appropriate notice or consent.

3. When We Share Your Information

We only share personal information when it is reasonably necessary to provide the service you requested.

For example, when you submit a Connect request, the information you provide may be shared with the professional you selected so they can contact you.

We may also use trusted service providers that help us operate the website, send email notifications, process forms, host the website, or store data. At launch, application and inquiry information may be stored in Google Sheets. Our technology providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services.

As Matt 5:16 grows, we may change or add service providers or storage systems. If those changes materially affect how personal information is handled, we will update this policy.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Matt 5:16 does not sell your personal information to advertisers or third-party data brokers.

We may use aggregated or de-identified platform information, such as the number of profile views, Connect requests, or general engagement trends, to understand whether the platform is useful and to improve our services. Where possible, this reporting focuses on overall activity rather than identifying individual visitors.

5. Marketing Communications

Submitting a Shine Guest application or Connect request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where offered, marketing consent will be presented separately as an optional choice. If you choose to receive Matt 5:16 insights, updates, events, or new content, you can unsubscribe at any time.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We generally retain inquiry and application information for up to 12 months after the inquiry or application has been resolved, unless we reasonably need to keep it longer because of an ongoing relationship, legal obligation, dispute, security concern, or legitimate business record.

If a Shine Guest is selected and content is published, approved interview materials, professional information, photos, recordings, clips, and related records may be retained for as long as the content remains published or as reasonably needed to manage the media relationship.

When personal information is no longer reasonably needed, we may securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we hold.

No online system can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, ask questions about how it is being used, or request deletion where appropriate.

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have additional rights. We will respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

9. Users Under 18

Anyone may browse the public portions of the website. However, Shine Guest applications, Connect requests, paid services, and other professional interaction features are intended for people aged 18 or older.

If we learn that we collected personal information through these features from someone under 18 without appropriate authorization, we may delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to websites, social-media pages, booking platforms, or services operated by featured professionals or other third parties. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them before sharing information.

11. International Operations
