Professionals featured through Matt 5:16 are independent professionals or organizations unless we clearly state otherwise.

They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Matthew 5:16 Creative Group Ltd simply because they appear on the platform.

We aim to help you discover useful professionals and understand more about their experience. Because every situation is different, we encourage you to review a professional's experience, qualifications, suitability, and any information important to your decision before choosing to work with them.

When you click Connect and submit a request, you authorize Matt 5:16 to share the information you provide with the professional you selected so they can respond.

Matt 5:16 helps facilitate the introduction, but the professional relationship that may follow is between you and that professional.

We cannot guarantee that a professional will respond, how quickly they will respond, that they will accept you as a client, or the result of any service they provide.

We aim to present professional information clearly and accurately. Some profile information may be supplied directly by the professional, including their title, company, services, location, qualifications, and areas of expertise.

Unless a specific verification feature is expressly displayed, inclusion on Matt 5:16 should not be understood as a guarantee or certification by Matt 5:16 of every statement, credential, or service listed on a profile.

Interviews, podcasts, videos, articles, social posts, and other content on Matt 5:16 are generally provided for informational and educational purposes.

They should not automatically be treated as personalized legal, financial, medical, accounting, real-estate, or other regulated professional advice.

Submitting a Shine Guest application does not guarantee acceptance, an interview, publication, promotion, or inclusion in the professional directory.

Matt 5:16 may select guests based on relevance, expertise, communication ability, value to listeners, availability, editorial fit, or other reasonable business considerations.

If you are selected as a Shine Guest, additional media consent or release terms may apply before recording or publication.

Those terms may give Matt 5:16 permission to record audio and video, edit the recording, publish full episodes, create and reuse clips, use the guest's name, approved photo, title, company, and biography for promotion, and quote statements made during the interview.

Matt 5:16 may also use genuine comments, feedback, or endorsements supplied or approved by the guest for promotional purposes. We will not intentionally alter a guest's words in a way that materially misrepresents what they said.

Matt 5:16 may offer strategy, consulting, media, marketing, or partnership services.

At launch, the website may allow visitors to request or book services without completing payment directly on the website. Paid engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, invoice, service agreement, scope of work, or other terms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement for a specific paid engagement, the signed agreement will govern that engagement.

Public content may be browsed by general visitors, but Shine Guest applications, Connect requests, paid services, and professional interaction features are intended for people aged 18 or older.

Please do not use Matt 5:16 to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent or misleading information, harass professionals or visitors, scrape personal information, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms or messaging systems, or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.

Matt 5:16 may link to professional websites, social-media pages, booking platforms, payment providers, and other external services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Matt 5:16 aims to create useful exposure, connections, content, and strategic support. However, we cannot guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, audience growth, business growth, or any particular professional outcome.

Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Unless otherwise stated, the Matt 5:16 website, branding, graphics, written content, layouts, videos, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Matthew 5:16 Creative Group Ltd.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or protections you may have under laws that apply to you where you live, including applicable Canadian consumer or privacy protections where relevant.
